Layla

Layla came to Equine Voices in July of 2018. She was part of a round-up by the Arizona Department of Agriculture in Sahuarita, Arizona.

Layla was with her son Bam-Bam, and Archangel Michael. They were hauled off several hours away to the Arizona Livestock Auction in Buckeye. When we heard about the round-up, we jumped into action. We had to keep them all together!

Back at Equine Voices, on September 2, 2018 Layla gave birth to her son, Domingo. In July 2018, Layla was rounded up, along with Archangel Michael and her son Bam-Bam, in Sahuarita, Arizona by the Arizona Department of Agriculture.

Today, Layla enjoys the company of playful Domingo. They are part of the “Family Herd,” joined by Nayla and Strawberry Moon. Layla is sweet and loves any attention, visitors, and of course she loves to be pet. She also loves her food!
